He joined DTCP from K+S Group, an international raw materials company listed in the German MDAX, where he held various management positions. His roles spanned Corporate Development and M&A as well as Regulatory and Compliance assignments. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer at two international law firms in Germany and the US, advising clients on regulatory and P3 projects.
Jan is a German-qualified lawyer and admitted to the Hanseatic Bar Hamburg. He received his law degree from Trier Law School.
